 7. Compensations

 Users shall be responsible for any result of violation of national laws and regulations and this Agreement, and expenses arising from your use out of our range of services. Users agree to defend Bud-Get and its affiliates' interest.

 8. Applicable Law

 This Agreement is constructed and to be executed and interpreted by the laws of the People‘s Republic of China for supplier side and also the Spanish and European Union on the customer side. Any terms in this Agreement in conflict with the law will be revised under the law; other terms shall remain in full force and effect.

 All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement or in the execution thereof, should be settled amicably through negotiations. Should such negotiations fail, Users and Bud-Get agree to refer to arbitration court after such dispute occurs. Further, Bud-Get reserves the right to take litigation and choose the court having jurisdiction on such dispute for settlement.

 All notices or demands to or upon Bud-Get.com shall be effective if in writing and shall be duly made when sent to Bud-Get.com in the following manner: to Bud-Get.com, Ebudget S.L., Valls d'Andorra 2, 2º 1ª, 08930 Sant Adrià de Besós (Barcelona, Spain). Attn: Legal Department.

 All notices or demands to or upon a User shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the User to Bud-Get.com, or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the Site that is publicly accessible without a charge. Notice to a User shall be deemed to be received by such User if and when

  •  a. Bud-Get.com is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic form, has been sent to such User, or

  •  b. immediately upon Bud-Get.com's posting such notice on an area of the Site that is publicly accessible without charge.

    •  If there is any conflict between the English version and another language version of this Agreement, the English language version shall prevail.
