5. Termination
Bud-Get reserves the right to terminate the service at any time or for any reason, with or without notice for any of the following reasons:
5.1)You have provided false information in connection with your member account;
5.2)You have breached the stipulations in this Agreement;
5.3)The requests from the Supervision Departments.
5.4)Other circumstances that Bud-Get considers as necessary
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The contents of Bud-Get Site include: text, software, sound, images, video clips, charts, WebPages, all Ad contents, and the business information provided to the Users. All these contents are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these contents is strictly prohibited.
Bud-Get.com is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all the rights to the Site and the Bud-Get Content. The Site and Bud-Get.com Content embody trade secrets and intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other laws. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights in the Site and Bud-Get.com Content shall remain with Bud-Get.com, its affiliates or licensors of the Bud-Get.com Content, as the case may be. All rights not otherwise claimed under this Agreement or by Bud-Get.com are hereby reserved.
"BUD-GET", "BUD-GET.COM" and related icons and logos are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of Ebudget S.L., and related icons and logos are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of EbudgetS.L., in various jurisdictions and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.
