3. Transactions (I)
3.1 Users shall provide only Textile products to Bud-Get. The products shall not:
a)be part of a scheme to defraud other users of the Site or for any other unlawful purpose;
b)infringe or otherwise abet or encourage the infringement or violation of any third party's copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity and privacy;
c)violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
Further, Bud-Get reserves the right in it sole discretion to remove any material it reasonably believes that is unlawful, could subject Bud-Get to liability, violates this Agreement or is otherwise found inappropriate in Bud-Get's opinion.
3.2 Users hereby agree that they shall not maliciously operate the business process with a fraudulent partner (subsidiary client or a third party).
3.3 Users hereby agree that they shall not disseminate defamatory feedbacks that may impair the integrity of the feedback system, including:
a)leave yourself a positive feedback by adoption of other membership ID of yourself;
b)leave the Third Party or other Users negative feedbacks by adoption of other membership ID of yourself;
c)leave a negative feedback to the user when it fails to fulfill some activities beyond the transaction scope.
3.4 Through the Site, Bud-Get provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between buyers and suppliers of products and services. Bud-Get does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Site or the ability of the suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.
3.5 Users are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretences. Bud-Get.com uses several techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us when they register on the Site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, Bud-Get.com cannot and does not confirm each User's purported identity. We encourage you to use the various tools available on the Site, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.
