2. Rules of Use
2.1 Users may browse the products database and information at the Site without registration. However, users are required to register when they need to release information regarding the products, quotations, supply and demand, etc at the Site. Please provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or your company for the registration. Your company will be accepted as the member after Bud-Get Customer Service people confirm your submitted information. Users shall maintain and promptly update the Registration Content to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or Bud-Get has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Bud-Get reserves the right to suspend or terminate your member service and refuse Users to use any existing services and the subsequent functions or services may be provided. If you register at Bud-Get in representative of a company or other legal subjects, you grant that you have the right to have the company or the legal subjects bound to this Agreement. Users further agree to once provide the information or data in the provision of services, they agree that Bud-Get reserves the right to modify and standardize the information or data before releasing it at the website. 2.2 User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that information submitted to Bud-Get for display on the Site shall not:
1)be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
2)be obscene or contain or infer any pornography or sex-related merchandising or any other content or otherwise promotes sexually explicit materials or is otherwise harmful to minors;
3)involve any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes that have the effect of damaging, interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any software or hardware system, data or personal information. 2.3 If you register in the Site, you agree to:
a)provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and
b)maintain and promptly update the Registration Content to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Bud-Get of any unauthorized use or your registration, user account or password. 2.4 You agree to grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or other necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations in any way, or download to process or compile your information for other purposes and media.
